We’ll increase your existing regular Direct Debit or Salary Contribution by this amount and automatically deposit the funds to your child's account each time we receive a deposit from you.
Information about you (The Trustee):

I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named on this form.

I agree to act as trustee of this account until my child reaches 16 years of age and that they’ll have full control over the account when the account matures.

I understand that Glasgow Credit Union is required by law to retain the junior saver’s address and proof of identify for my child.

Funds in the Junior Saver Account are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and understand the Financial Services Compensation Scheme Information Sheet. I also confirm that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Under 16 Terms and Conditions in addition to Glasgow Credit Union’s Membership Terms and Conditions.
